CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, and we're here to help make things as easy as possible for you. To avoid any fees, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. We'll ask for a credit card number at the time of booking to hold your appointment. If you must cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we'll transfer your payment to another service, but we won't be able to issue a refund. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or no show, you'll be charged the full price of the service, and we'll ask that you pay the fee prior to scheduling another service.
